JEE Main has two papers you can take separately: Paper 1 for B.Tech and Paper 2 for B.Arch/B.Planning. BITSAT is a single computer-based test covering physics, chemistry, maths, English, and logical reasoning all in one shot. JEE Main is more flexible in timing, while BITSAT is faster-paced. Both are great for engineering, so it depends on which style suits you better.
NEET has 180 questions total across physics, chemistry, and biology, with 45 questions in each subject. You have to answer all of them in 3 hours, and each correct answer is worth 4 marks with a 1-mark penalty for wrong answers.
JEE Main has 90 questions total, split across physics, chemistry, and mathematics, with 30 questions in each subject. You can choose to answer all 90 or pick 75, since there's a choice built into the exam structure now.
