Aviation is a cool field. After 12th, you'd typically join aviation academies or institutes that run their own entrance exams, or study aeronautical engineering through JEE Main. Some aviation programs also accept board scores directly.
Some universities accept different exams depending on the program. For engineering, JEE Main is the standard entrance exam that most government and private colleges accept. For other fields like medicine you'd take NEET, for commerce you might look at CUET or state exams, and for law there's CLAT. It really depends on which stream interests you.
NEET is for medical degrees like MBBS and BDS at government and private medical colleges. CUET is a broader national exam for general undergraduate degrees across fields like commerce, arts, science, and some engineering programs at central universities. If you want to study medicine, NEET is your path. For other degrees, CUET opens options across many streams and colleges.

Since you're in PCB but not keen on MBBS, you have solid options. You could explore CUET for general degree programs in sciences, commerce, or arts at top universities. You could also shift to engineering exams like JEE Main if that interests you, or look at other professional courses.
For a math degree at top colleges, check out CUET UG - it's the main entrance for general undergraduate programs including mathematics. You can also look at state-level exams depending on which colleges interest you.
Physics and Chemistry are core subjects for JEE Main and JEE Advanced if you're going for engineering. They're also needed for NEET UG if you want to explore medical, and some programs through CUET UG might ask for them too.
For veterinary science, you'd typically look at exams like NEET UG or state-level veterinary entrance tests. You're well-positioned for these.
