Since you're in PCM, you have three main options. JEE Main gets you into NITs, IITs, and top private colleges. VITEEE is VIT's direct exam. BITSAT is BITS Pilani's exam. All three are worth preparing for and have different timelines, so you can take multiple shots.

BITSAT is Birla Institute of Technology and Science's entrance exam for engineering and science programs. BITS Pilani is one of India's top private colleges, and BITSAT gives you direct admission there. Applications open in January, close in April, and the exam is in April or May.

KEAM is Kerala's entrance exam for engineering, architecture, and medical programs at the state's top colleges. It's a solid option if you're in PCM and want to study in Kerala. Applications open in January, close in February, and the exam is in April, so you've got time to prepare.

SRMJEEE is the entrance exam for SRM Institute of Science and Technology, one of India's top private engineering colleges. You can apply from November through April for the main phase, with an extra June deadline if you miss that. The exam happens in April, June, and July, so you get multiple chances to take it.

TS EAPCET is Telangana's state engineering entrance exam for diploma and bachelor's programs in engineering, agriculture, and pharmacy across TS colleges. Applications typically open in March, and the exam happens in April or May. It's a great option if you're considering colleges in Telangana.

JEECUP is the Joint Entrance Examination Council Uttar Pradesh Polytechnic Entrance Examination for diploma programs in engineering and vocational fields across UP colleges. Applications open in March, the exam happens in June, and it's a great path if you want hands-on technical training before jumping into a bachelor's degree.
