UCEED is the entrance exam for design programs at the IITs, India's top institutes for product design and related fields. It tests your design thinking, sketching, and problem-solving skills. Applications open in November and close in March or April, with the exam in January. It's competitive but amazing if you're passionate about design.
IITs only admit through JEE Advanced, not JEE Main directly. You'd first need to clear JEE Main and rank in the top 2,50,000, then qualify JEE Advanced. The exact score needed depends on your rank and the specific IIT and branch you're aiming for.
