JEE Main is out of 300 marks total, with 100 marks each for physics, chemistry, and maths. Each correct answer gets 4 marks and there's a 1-mark penalty for wrong answers.

NEET has 180 questions total across physics, chemistry, and biology, with 45 questions in each subject. You have to answer all of them in 3 hours, and each correct answer is worth 4 marks with a 1-mark penalty for wrong answers.

COMEDK UGET 2027 registration opens in February and closes in March, with the exam in May. It's a solid option for engineering colleges across Karnataka if you're interested.

WBJEE is in April or May, and a bunch of other state entrance tests like OJEE, KCET, and TSICET also run around that time. JEE Main sessions are in January and April. These state exams are great backups for engineering colleges.
